This is a spacer for the oem steering wheel. It extends it out 2.25" while still retaining all the factory plugs and also while not being a pain in the neck to plug and unplug the wiring. 
Includes the modified short hub and the steel spacer and all the hardware. Fits the GD3 (07-08) as well as the GE8 (09-13)
